My theory is if I end up with a FX4 it already has a rear sliding window, rancho shocks. The other mods like the headlights/sound system I can swap back to stock if need be for selling the truck and just transfer over to FX4. Lets say I don't get approved for financing because I have no one to co-sign for me, I still have want I want on my truck. It's a win win.

Unlock keys out of truck - check
Buy latch assembly from ford to fix door
Clean truck to make it look nice so I can try to sell it.
buy bulb for fog light
Get my income tax return.

yeah my mom worked with his wife they are good friends now, he used to have a sick ass magnum haha then i was telling him he should get into wheeling, so he sold it and bought his new truck. he was telling me about a guy that has a blue ranger in the group, he must have been talking about you haha, extremely nice guy though

hes doing alot of stuff right now to his truck he pretty much won the lottery so hes building it up to take it to moab

and we have a couple headlight bulbs, and cheap offroad lights but no fog lights that ive seen lol. we discontinued alot of stock

i wish i had money and the guts to go offroading anywhere with water hha
last time my tcase gave out (shouldve made sure 4wd was working first) and went through a deep ass pit, sunk down and water locked my engine. the guy that pulled me out told me to turn it over (i had no clue what was going on i have lots to learn about wheeling) turned her over and all i hear is TICK TICK TICK..sounded like a tractor. haha. long story short, bent rods etc.
got a motor with 175k on it from the wreckers for 800$, lasted half a year the headgasket blew out , got tired of dikin around with junkyard parts and got a new engine from ford with 0kms haha.
so yeah that tiny mistake cost me 5000+

simply put, if you stall in water, and you suspect it is from water intake, chances are, you're engine isn't pooched yet!

tow it out, pull all of your spark plugs, THEN turn it over for 30 or 45 seconds straight or so, put your plugs back in and start the engine up...

typically your engine stalls before it becomes hydrolocked, it's the trying to turn it over while there's water in the engine is where the damage comes from
