i just repacked the bearing inside my 79 f 150 dana 44 hubs, and now one side wont unlock. what should i look for to fix this? thanks

Did you pack the locking hub itself with grease? If so that's your problem, then only need a light film of grease in them.
naturally take it back apart and check whats not moving as it should
