Just Plain Stupied

I'm definately gonna afta (huh?) plan the trip so I show up on your doorsteps at the right time of year!!!

In the mean-time......I have to install new seat belts in the '36 so it'll pass mandatory state inspection...(the oem belts were well used & tan colored).....

Gonna go with grey belts this time to match the seats.....(yeah, I know...Honduras....red-red-red seat belts!!!!)

I'll attach em to the roll cage now that it's installed.......and go get that inspection sticker.....Waaaaaaahahahahahaa

EDIT: not much to look at, but seat belts are installed after an hour of drilling & tapping into the roll cage....

Now to put the bucket seats back in (for the 4th time)..............

EDIT: Plan A was to put the seats back in........

But.......
if I splice in the remote start/alarm.....I won't have to lay upside down on the seat with my head under the dash/my feet on the ceiling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that sounds like an interesting tan though:icon_rofl:

did you get teh wires sorted out?

ya i know that position, had to work that way many times...:annoyed:

The seat sliders that came with the buckets would not let the seats slide all the way to the dash......which made it close to impossible to get a big suitcase, dufflebag, or all-important cooler to slide behind the seats....

Well.....you guessed it......the OEM Ranger seat sliders fit perfectly....

Now the seats nearly touch the dash when they're all the way forward..:yahoo:

I gotta replace the broken glass (never hold up window glass using a screwdriver as a prop while you're working on the crank mechanism!!!!!!!!!!!!!:icon_surprised:) in the passengers door in the morning & MIGHT have the State Safety Inspection done by tomorrow afternoon....(meaning the hard part will be done!!!!)
