Ranger.....co-rect.....I already scratched the inside of the bed up a little when putting the sub floor in......now that it's scratched, I can relax--I've got half the engine elec. wiring re-wrapped, all bad connectors replaced, radiator re-located.....hpefully Thursday I'll permanently install the grill, 4 piece hood & get all the seams adjusted (again) so the front fenders can go back on....& post some pics Thursday nite...It's about time!!! Ahhh--shut your face & take a couple xanax clown!!!

:icon_surprised:

i remember my first scratch
now i remember my 90000th scratch :D

oh wait, you got a street truck
hurry up and git r done

scratches make trucks TRUCKS...they are not scratches, they are scars of war

Aahh...words of the men who did not spend time doing bodywork or paint on their truck. I spend 1-1/2 years doing all the body and paint work on my truck, I was sweating bullets when it was time to put my fenders on. I would kill the man who dents my truck in a parking lot....

On a side note, she looks purdy gunner! I got a set of slicks laying around if you wanna take her to the track...LOL

Ben

scratches........slicks......scars of war ( I got one of them 37".....err..ahh...years long )

the last time my wife drove something.......

she got a $22,000 sctatch on it!!!!!

as a matter of fact, our insurance company scratched it (off!)

slicks.......my rear fenders are only 14" wide....

:threadjacked: You remove the transmission pan. All the fluid will start spilling over the edges as you unbolt it, and there's about 4 quarts in there. It's pretty easy, but it's a very messy job. Make sure you have a very wide catch pan, and lay lots of cardboard down underneath it for good measure. As soon as you get the pan off, the filter is right there. It's held in with 1 bolt.

Finally.......more pics........

One hour later....shocks are installed & tubing is run to firewall.

Topher.......Now....do I have the nerve to go back out there and cut the diamond-plate to size???????????????????????????

EDIT: It was 100 degrees this afternoon when I went back out-side.....I unloaded the diamond-plate to start measuring & marking it for cutting......within 30 minutes it was thundering & lightening so much that I didn't need a spot-light to see the tape measure....shutting down til tomorrow!
