to drilling the carb main-jets larger today !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



UPDATE: I redrilled the secondary jets & put the findings in post #3443.....to keep stuff 1/2 way organized.

(FYI: NEVER TRY TO MODIFY A VACUUM SECONDARY CARB.......................................... )

I was looking at post 3443 again and just noticed........

I've got the WRONG gasket between the carb and the intake!!!!!

No wonder the O2 reading goes all over the place when I adjust the left & right idle-air screws----THERE'S NO gasket-divider BETWEEN THE LEFT & RIGHT INTAKE TUNNELS!!!!!!!!!!!

Ha ha yup. What intake are you using? I think mine has a lil 1/4" deep 2 1/2"-3" section cut out of the middle divider.

Edelbrock Performer (purdy sure of that) square bore....seperate flow to each head (unless the wrong gasket is installed duhhhhh on me...)
