Hey.....I actually did enuff to take pics in the STUPIED thread !!!!!!!!!!!

HEY...........

can anyone guess whats sitting next to me on my shop floor waiting to go in this friday??

ill give you 2 guesses

its really heavy

it really motivates my truck to go.

can anyone figure out what it is???????????

so, between the weather here. (snowing every other day) and time, the ranger is just waiting its turn.

but i did get a newer edelbrock 600cfm carb, man what a difference. the engine sounds sooo much healthier now. my other one must have some clogged ports or something.

so, im kinda debating the exhaust right now. i love the roar when you step on it, but its a little loud inside. so, do i run the pipes lightning style, run them out the back, or leave em dumped?

chevelle kid says lightning style, what do you guys think?

lol well ok then i vote lightning style tho. i might pick up a 83 ranger short bed single cab 2wd and im thinking its gonna get a 350 lol just because of ur truck and how u did it. what did u use for headers?

thanks stealth. i used stock ram horn manifolds. look on page one of this thread and you will see em. they fit like a glove and on flow bench test, flow almost as good as shorty headers. make sure to get the ones that angle back though, as the ones that dump straight down hit the crossmember.

and i think ill do the lightning style, if i dont like it im only out 10 bucks in pipe.

UPDATE

monday it goes in to swap the trns. finally stopped snowing here long enough to dig it out and get it out of its spot.

lets hope for the best.

good luck on everything, I'm having trouble remembering was it you that fixed the "hot air in the cab because of the hole in the firewall issue" or was it another post I'm following?
