yeah for me its never on the first run, its always when you get it setup the way you like and then EPIC FAILURE

got the ranger all tuned up, blew the motor, got my blazer all fixed up with a kickin sound system, tranny goes, get my 89 probe gt turbo all fixed, exhaust falls off and hits boost cut like a mother casue of a craker tb boot. it never fails me. but atleast my imp has a new eninge, trans, and front end, and brakes so it should be good to go.

Yeah I saw the picture, that's an impressive transformation! And I swap between muddy and nice when showing it...LOL I plan on getting it as muddy as the Jeep next to me in the next few weeks. It might be clean next week though...I'm not sure what I want to do yet...LOL

so i havent been working on the ranger cause ive been waiting to hit a junk yard to get the motor mounts so i can weld em in so the engine is ready to go. well on top of that, ive been waiting to place my 2,000 dollar order to jegs, (yes doorgunner 2,000 bucks, performance aint cheap.) well with me getting a job at autozone, (shut up let me finish) i desided to check whats availible to me. low and behold, my damn motor mounts are 7 bucks a side. wow im an idiot. motor should be ready to rock this weekend. maybe ill fire it up with the ole 2 barrel thats on it.

cant believe i never thought of that i guess i deserve this one

EDIT: my little black '88 Astro van was rebuilt using Autozone & is under a A/Z lifetime parts warranty...LOL......I finally gave it to my son!!!!!!!

finally got the frame mounts to set the engine in. i already have the motor mounts, so hopefully tomorrow ill be setting it in there for mock up again. guess its time to break out the i cant wait

well, went to go mount the engine. and i got the wrong mounts. there wayyy too big and hit the steering box, and the motor is so far back with em i would have to almost lose my heater box just to get a vlave cover on. but i have a solution, the mounts i bought are for a 83 k5 blazer, i need ones from a 60's impala, like mine just above. there alot smaller, will sit the engine lower and a little more foward. should work nice.
