Alright alright alright I'm getting there. I just wanna finish welding the motor mounts in and I'll get ya some pictures.

I'm still waiting on some parts to come in

and Robert, yes I did have the engine already.

I will post some pics of the gauges I just got. Nothing special.

Ok so I did a uhh ohh

when setting the engine in place. I was leveling the engine with the truck.

And I didn't notice it with the tall valve covers but when I put the short ones on I noiced the engine sitting low on the pass side

so I put a level across the engine to the inner fenders and I'm down 3/4-1" on the pass side.

Oh well good thing I only tacked to mounts in. It's ok. I wanted to redo them and gusset them anyway.

No biggie. Pics tomoro

Always level the top of the INTAKE with the truck. But understandable we all make mistakes but its good to see progress going on.

i was so anxious to get the mounts welded that i overlooked that. thats why i only tacked em.

very easy fix. its my first engine swap that required total fab work. im only 19, crap happens.
