Ok, I installed the F-150 coil spacers in the front and the 4X4 blocks in the rear. Here is a before pic:

You can't really see a difference in the front, but I measured it. I'm getting somewhere around 1.5-2 inches. The back is definitely noticeable. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep the back raised that high. I might drop it down. What are your thoughts?:icon_confused:

Blocks aren't too hard to take in and out. I would take them out and see how you like it. Worst case you can always put them back in if it is too low. When it sits so low in the back that it looks like you have a few hundred lbs of junk in the bed, it gets to looking a little wierd, but even then you can just tell people it's a prerunner. I think it will look close to level without the blocks, which in my opinion looks good. Then again, you could always just lift the front more.

Hey man looks alot better. Btw do you have the blocks for sale on CL? I'm down here in Tampa and I saw them up lol I'd keep them in. Are your coils saggy? If so I'd replace them, that would probably level the front even with the rear. Or another option is to take a look at your front body bushings. I found on my old 93 4.0L I was saggin pretty bad but I had the 4" rough country and 3" body lift, I saw that my front body bushings were almost flat, I replaced them and it leveled the front end back to normal. Other than that its lookin good!
