Ok, I installed the F-150 coil spacers in the front and the 4X4 blocks in the rear. Here is a before pic:

You can't really see a difference in the front, but I measured it. I'm getting somewhere around 1.5-2 inches. The back is definitely noticeable. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep the back raised that high. I might drop it down. What are your thoughts?
