I like the color! Is that flat paint, or is it just the pictures?

I've seen some Explorers that have a pretty good looking front bumper on them. I think it is from a high end Explorer.

I'll try and find a link to what I am thinking of (Shoeboy had one of his Ranger that he redid/ restored)
