Jury Duty

Well, sittin here in jury duty..gotta sit here for an hour or so, fill out a questionaire, leave and come back this afternoon. Sweet.

But you have to believe in the process. Even low life scumbags should have a fair trial.

Just sitting 'round home with nothing important to do, until I get a call from the garage saying they got my part and the Ranger is finished. Then its party time!

I had jury duty about 2 weeks ago. I was only there for about 2 hours and I got to go home. They said one of the trial dates was Tues the 29th (tomorrow). I have a final exam for college that day, so they excused me! And I got paid $20!

I got selected for jury duty but I was kind of living out of state and was OUT OF THE COUNTRY at the time. Serving overseas so ppl could have a fair trail.

Right now, trying to avoid that dirty 4 letter word called work. I just yacked a little. Have fun.

I had a friend who had jury duty a few months ago. He sat for a case where the father was abusing his two girls (7 and 12 if I recall), plus sending them out as prostitutes.

Thankfully the scumbag was found guilty on all four counts.

NOT FOR ME EVER AGAIN!!! I did this once many years ago. I lost 4 days pay ($289.00) and I got a lousy $42.00 from the county for being on the jury!!! POS sticking waist of time. Never again!!!!! Criminals got more rights then honest peoples!!!!!!!

When they call me I tell them I hate everybody... and they never call me, I wonder why? This state pays $6 but my employer pays me like I'm on vacation, full salary. Hoping I could get this hate thing out of me and get on one of those 6 month long trials.

I think we get paid $10 per day, but my employer also pays me to be there. I wouldn't mind getting on a jury, I think it would be quite interesting to see the whole process in action. I gotta go back in the morn and see if I made it.

I sit there all pissed off looking reading something like guns and wammo, they never pick me. Besides the felons Im usually the first one to be let go.
and all they pay here in san diego, is a 5 dollar forrest adventure pass or a $5 coaster(train that gos along the beach) pass.Good for about 2 stops I think.

And dont try the I hate everyone thing in comifornia, you will get charged for a hate crime.
