I need to jump out the clutch start switch for my automatic conversion. My 89 has on the switch 6 wires: 2 green, 2 purple, 1 black and 1 black/white stripe........so which ones do I put together to override it? Thanx.....

Hang on, I broke my clutch switch last august when camping and had to jump it, lemme go out and look.

EDIT, OK, its both red wires that need to be jumped on my rig, I guess your 89 is different... Just try jumping random wires, it's what I had to do in the middle of nowhere...
