Wondering if anyone has installed a throttle body spacer on their Ranger. Mine is a 93, 3.0........Any problems with the performance of the spacer, any increase in power or fuel milage; any "check engine light problems" or the such?

A throttle body spacer will do nothing for multi port Fuel Injection. Everything happens to far down the intake for something up by the TB to affect anything.

+1 on what Ranger44 said and you cant put a TB spacer on a 93 3.0. It dosnt unbolt cus its cast into the upper intake
