hey dude, you should really invest in a better ground clamp/cable. The clamp that HH 135 comes with is poopy, get a better one from any welding shop, it will be worth it.

HE SHIPPED IT!!! After 3 weeks and numerous phone calls and a paypal claim, I finally got the tracking number. Supposed to be here Saturday, so cutting the case Sunday and taking to a welding shop Monday. Also have to rip the steering box and pump out to send to West Texas Offroad to have rebuilt for Hydro.

well, nothing showed up from Duffy yet, hopefully got to the house today. I did get my order from DIY4X, which by the way, kicks ass. They specialize in box body C/k10's and K5's, but they make a lot of fab parts too. I got 16 cross member tabs, 8 bushings, 8 bolts, 8 zurks, and 10 misc. gussets all for 140 bucks shipped. Was cheaper by like 8 bucks a piece on the crossmember kits than Ruff Stuff and even more from Ballistic. DIYBeadlocks.com are also cutting out gussets and tabs for a buck a piece.


finished the bed patch, and went to the carshow. On the way back, the passenger side window regulator crapped out, and the fuel pump quit working. Took the bed off to find i nicked one of the wires when i was cutting down the sending unit. So i ordered a new one.

Right after i finished, i drove to the show, and dirt got all in the paint, so now it really matches the rest of the bed. lol

you should see the whole thing.... Its bad. No use in line-xing anything. Its already beat all to hell, holes drilled in it everywhere, and half the paint scraped off or a different color. I don't care though. Its a truck. It gets used as a truck, then abused like a Jeep. Maybe one day i will put it back together and make it pretty again... Maybe...

i dunno boys.... I am starting to get a change of heart on ol D here....


Just made an offer on another RBV that is already setup to be a wheeler... If the deal goes through, D is getting put back together and will stay the DD. I am still doing the LS swap, just after seeing all the carnage these trucks take when it comes to 4wheeling, i don't want to destroy her...

Oh, and i will still wheel it out here and hit the Rubicon with it, but that may end up being her last hardcore trip

ooooh fun! and i dunno... i think id keep this truck and keep getting it to pull double duty. maybe get another vehicle to dd like 70% of the time but keep the ranger streetable for the rest of the time

but i like the hardcore stuff. And i like my truck looking pretty. It will still be able to do all that crazy shit, just don't want to beat the hell out of it
