Going back yellow. Instead of black flares this time, going to DSG flares, bumpers, and below the lower body line. I'm also adding orange pearl to the yellow. Should really make everything pop. Going to change the wheels too once I can afford some. Likely go with a metric 34" tire and 17's. Likely be machined face with painted barrel. Nice fat lip too. Love the deep dish of these 20s, but not digging the 400 price tag a peice to replace them

Went to pull a part in Louisville today hoping to grab a core support. That wasn't the case. I did manage to grab an entire dark gray interior from a 2002 and a set of PERFECT leather seats. Also picked up some parts for my cousin and dad. Ended up spending just at 200 bucks for everything including air bags.

Yesterday I cut out all the plates to tie in the new crossmember to the frame, and a mount for the charcoal canister. This is as far as I got yesterday as I started tinkering with my latest acquirement....

Picked this up for a good deal, and the bank happily loaned the money, so I couldn't pass it up. Only problem is that it was involved in a wreck Thursday... Which is why I got such a good deal on it. Still has a clean title and bags didn't blow!

The bed needs some work, but the interior is MINT. Tires are brand new, has an intake, mbrp exhaust, and a bully dog. All I every want. 168k on the clock. 7.3/Auto

So I started tearing it apart last night. Hoping to have it road worthy for the Harlan trip.

I was looking since November. I actually stopped looking last month and decided I would buy one after my masters, the this one pulled up to the shop. Literally. Old man that is a friend of the family offered it to me. Couldn't pass it up.

Looks like a fun project. 7.3 diesel ftw. I <3 mine I picked mine up in about the same shape as that is. Are u gonna put on a custom bumper when u put it back together or will u be finding a stock one ?

Thanks fellas. Hoping to get it to the frame shop today to square everything back up. Spoke to a gentleman about an hour away, and he offered me all the coolers other than the radiator, a hood and a fender for 500 bucks. Average is 80 bucks a part, so I consider that a pretty good/fair price. Also scored a 2007 bumper and grille for free, so all I need now is a header panel, headlights, and a radiator. Hopefully the frame shop doesn't take forever. If I can get it back fixed by Wednesday of next week, I'm driving her to Harlan
