well i have continued the theme from the photoshop thread and here it I have a 94 ranger 4cyl stick shift and with the power steering whine it sounds like a hydrostatic lawn mower. so far i have the wheels painted john deere yellow and the truck is green . my head liner had been falling down since i bought it and been filled with cigerette smoke by the previus owner.here is what i started the project with

I'd rather be dead than have green in my shed!
Just kidding, nice work!

Hey, it looks alright....find some metallic in that color that shifts from green to yellow. It'd be killer.

you outta paint your bumpers yellow that would look sick. at least just the front one. nice work so far!:icon_thumby:

Nothing kills a Deere like a Magnum, I think my soul just died a little seeing all that green.

Not nearly as bad as a JD themed cummins engine I once saw... IH ran Cummins in a lot of equipment.
In fact I have been driving a powerhouse 7250 (i believe this is correct) for a mere 9 hrs today..... trying to keep ahead of the planter.

But w/o john deere... there wouldn't be that "Joe Diffie" song. so keep up the good work and get a system so you can blare your new theme song.

this might sound retarded asking this but does anybody think my truck has totm potential once its done?

nice work!! are those old ranger rims?? the headliner looks nice, i like the Jd theme too, maybe some soft8 steel rims would be better and some 31's with a lift, paint the front bumper yellow too, and the grille in green
about the TOTM....well once lifted it would be looking better, and deff a good paint polishing, so it stands out more clean and shiny; soo yeah i think it can go for TOTM
this are the soft 8's

hope to see it with the stripes u say soon! :icon_thumby:

oo and slap some huge John Deere logos on the hood and tailgate:icon_hornsup:

will be going for some 15x8 dodge diplomat rims with the cop centercaps it looks the most like a tractor rim. the rims on it now are 15x6.5 ford cop car rims with the factory centercaps. the tailgate will receive a slow moving vehicle sign (reflective orangish looking triangle) i will probably lift it 2 in to clear larger tires and to provide more room for the mower deck. for the interior do i paint the interior to match a tractor? and btw i will have jd logo's on the back where the ford logo shold be and the front fenders will have the 140 series logo on the fender

wow great then!! but maybe painting the interior isnt good idea, cuz the green and yellow are to shiny, but some accents would be great tho, some yellow accents in the black door pieces and the A/C vents, just to mention some.. that way it wont be to tacky...
are you fitting a mower deck there??:icon_twisted:
