Jeep bumper on Ranger?

I saw a Ford Ranger for sale with this bumper on it (http://www.trailfx.com/Search/Detail?vc=T83&pn=J002)

Sadly, I have no pictures of that Ranger :/ If the Jeep's frame rails are about the same width as the Ranger, this should be doable and safe to use. This week, I'll measure some Jeeps to figure this out.

The Ranger that had this on, looked pretty good to me, it didn't look like it didn't belong to the truck. I'm very tempted to buy the bumper and make it work. All you need is a cutting wheel and a welder...

You can mount almost any bumper on a Ranger. It is all about bracket location. You can make a bracket to mount from the frame to the bumper that you are going to use. As long as the bumper is the right length and does not bend in towards the tires too much you can use it. Jeep bumpers are the best easy mods for Rangers.
