I appreciate all the info here and just chopped my first B2. If anyone is in need of the lift gate or window glass it is yours. Located in VA. I'll post pics soon.

Welcome to TRS, and that's a generous offer. Post some pics of your truck; sounds interesting, and we'd like to see it.

Here is a quick picture. Picking up a rollbar this week and will spend some time patching holes and bending some metal around the roof.

Nice! What kind of fenders are you running?

I got the bronc about a month ago from a buddy who just wanted it gone. It had been parked for a while. Leaking like a siv, crashed front end etc. Got the fenders at McNeil racing http://www.mcneilracinginc.com/off-road-fiberglass/Ford/BroncoII/83-88/index.htm

Still want to buy the rear quarter panel set. They do quality work and will ship them by the cheapest route possible. I picked them up at a greyhound bus terminal. Shipping cost 96 from California to Virginia.

Few more pics. Good one of the McNeil fenders. Really opens up the wheel. They claim you can run 33's with no lift on a 15x8 wheel.

Thanks. Picked up to (2) rollbars from a salvage yard today and trying to figure out the geometry. They fit width wise and have plenty of room to chop them down. Luckily, I've read the indepth article on TRS about rollbars and cages. Hopefully I can figure it out.

Looks pretty cool. Can't wait to see how it turns out.:headbang:

Rollbar

Well, Looking for input here. This is my first attempt at adding a rollbar. Looks ok. Tacked and bolted in right now and still need to tie it into the frame rails underneath. Basically, everything is on hold due to upcoming move. What do you think? Any constructive input is appreciated.

idk about jarhead but personally it took me only 10-15 mins to do mine. and that includes removing the windows and hatch.. really a quick simple and straight forward job. just know what your gonna do once its done. or pray it doenst rain..

Time about 3 hours using an angle grinder and hacksaw. Wasn't bad at all.

thanks for the info, now i need to find a b2 with some rust so i dont feel bad about cutting up a good one, or i can just say screw it and get a perfect one and cut it anyway
