Hi there just a quick question for those who have used the James duff coil buckets and trackbar mount, I have searched and have been unable to find if the James duff kit locates the axle in the stock position or if it moves it ahead a bit. Just trying to decide if the bolton kit is the way to go or fab my own stuff, I wanna move the axle forward a bit but I'm being lazy lol. Hopefully the duff kit does if not I quess I will have to stop being lazy
Thanks

It puts the trac bar so it will run right underneath the engine x member. If you move the axle any farther forward from where the JD bracket puts it you will have to move steering box and/or switch to a different box

The buckets bolt on in the factory location. You can push the axle forward by about an inch without trouble. If you're wanting more than about 3" you will have to relocate the steering like Grunizzle said. JD also has universal buckets but they have a flat back, not formed like the Ranger buckets to fit around the hump in the frame.
