i wonder if poison oak seeds could be purchased lol
They reproduce by sending shoots. A cutting ought to do it. But they aren't fun to handle....

Really? I went hiking among WAY too many sheep in New Zealand. Aside from dodging "land mines," they were completely irrelevant; they ignored me completely.
I figured it was something like that. I know nicotine itself, in high concentrations, is fairly toxic. Kinda like hydrogen peroxide: the diluted stuff in the stores stings a little, and apparently bleaches hair (while reducing IQ!), but I've heard horror stories of what the highly concentrated stuff can do.

Concentrated H2O2 is used as rocket fuel. It is very potent stuff. This is 60% H2O2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_MPU2mg8CA
AllanD, I like the way you think!!Mix a little meat die in with that and we would have quite the show!

For some perspective, H2O2 powered the X-15. It says so right on the tailfin (I saw it a few weeks ago). The X-15 was the fastest and highest aircraft ever, capable of over 4500 MPH (Mach 6.7!) and altitude 260,000 feet. Ignoring the space shuttle orbiter (and for altitude, Space Ship One), of course. Imagine LA --> NYC in 40 minutes....
