is this any good

This setup has been talked about, its called a remote mount turbo, or remote turbo...not as effective as mounting next to engine, and not good for 4x4's or reflector collectors (both of which I have)

this takes much more work and has many more possible issues than a standard mounted turbo system... I personally would not want the main oil lines that support my engine running all the way to the back of the vehicle and being UNDER the vehicle... One of those lines gets a leak or is damaged under there and you loose all oil pressure and then you loose the engine very quickly. Also the electric pump return system for the oil return line will not be nearly as healthy for the turbo oil seals which cannot have any pressure built up on them. I can see the oil seals leaking much quicker than a standard gravity return system.
