went out to work on my ground wires so i can start my truck and i can hear a hissing noise right from the area my frost plug heaters at. should i be worried?

I assume you are referring to the block heater. If it's plugged in and making a hissing noise then I would not be worried, my electric kettle does the same thing. If its hissing when it's not plugged in then that's a different thing.

yep its doing when plugged in. i got it started. had to add a wire to the chassis ground and it fired right over so i need to fix that
