Does anyone know if there is a full floating rear axle that will fit (width wise) under my 99 ranger? I really don't want to have to shorten a longer axle but I want a better axle under my rig.

old school ford 60's arent to bad...or j series jeep axles. some floater scout applications iirc too. airport vehicle axles are used alot as well.

I have been looking into it also.
But for an even narrower 86 Ranger.
Might have to build it...

i found an 87 with a narrowed dana 70 dually rear in it

or weld 44/50 flanges to the rear with chevy brakes.
