130k starting to have noise at all RPMs. Sounds like she wants to be a diesel or a ratchet going the wrong way. Happens at all RPMs and theres a load slapping noise on top of that is that the death rattle Ive heard about?

Broken timing chain tensioner(s). It may be cheaper/easier to put a junkyard engine in.
