is my paint look fixable to you, i found out when the people i bought the truck from had sum armor stuff painted on it idk nething about it and id really like to get all boddy work done beings im second owner of truck and it only has 75k miles on it u can tell wi winters suck

From your pic and without closer inspection it looks like you have some shine left so the paint isn't dead.....yet. The last vehicle that had paint like that we color sanded it smooth, couple of coats of 3M white lightning then a paint sealer then wax. Your best bet is to get some opinions where you live because no amount of pics will tell us what we need to know. I'd ask around for a paint expert to get a Pro opinion.

I had a red 86 Mustang GT that looked orange form the oxidation. I got the Meguiars 3 step system and it went back to red. In fact, it looked good enough to win best of show for 79-86 (Four eyed Foxes) Mustangs here in a Mustang show. I got mine at Autozone. Here's their description of the system:
