I would just get a new one or one from a junk yard. If new I would put a performance one on (not that it will give much of a power increase) but to say you have one.

Cams can be reground if the lobes are not too bad but it would most likely cost as much as a new cam. I think you would be much better off buying a new cam or a good used one.

Take that flat slider and toss it and get a 2.3 roller cam.Anything up to a 95 will work and give you some more hp and you won't have to worry about wearing anymore lobs.

Any suggestions for one for street use?

Esslingers makes a good street cam, problem is,a complete kit will cost over $400,closer to $5.Just get a good 92-94 Stock roller cam from a Ranger. Will drop right in your 2.3 with no hassles and you can get the from ebay for$70-$80.This for the first post,I see you have a 94.Do a search on here for Esslinger cam,it will come up
