Is brake line flaring difficult?

Yeah, vibrations can be notoriously difficult to track down. The really wild thing is that sometimes they can mask other problems. I hit on one awhile back with my Choptop where I replaced a vibration causing suspension part that I knew was bad, and suddenly I had a much different and much more violent vibration. Absolutely infuriating that I fix a part that I know is bad and causing me problems only to find it was covering up something else entirely.

And don’t get me started on crap parts quality. Have you ever watched any of those videos showing how brake rotors and drums are made online? Gah.

Anything from a poorly balanced tire or out-of-round tire to the hard mounts for everything on the frame has the potential to cause a vibration. I don’t mean to discourage you with that. But it’s a lot of territory to check. Keep at it.

Hey,
If you guys don't mind, I would like to start a new discussion on my brake pedal vibration problem. I'll condense the history to save us all time and trouble. I need to make a decision on this soon.

A New thread specifically for that might be wise.

About 10 years ago, I went to a local tubing and pipe fabricator to have a brake line flared. I watched the guy do it on this long machine.
Might have been some type of hydraulic thing. His flare was lopsided. But I use a tool that cost less than $50 and it produces a symmetrical
and level flare. Not only that, my flare was thicker and stronger than the OE flare on the old brake line
