Ok might not need any 'experts" but we are having Thunder and lightning like its going out of style, and i called my dogs in and only 1 came, i balled to the other one, offered him a treatm everything, but hes just not answering, can lightning kill dogs? he does have some sorts of metal/steel on his collar..and hes a minature dog..help guys Im home alone and if moms dog is dead she wont be happy with me!
