Is all DOT 3 brake fluid the same?

Does it matter which brand of DOT 3 brake fluid I use? Should I stay away from the cheapest Walmart fluid? If so, is Prestone the way to go? Do I have to use Motorcraft? Running a 2008 2.3L 2wd.

well walmart brand cant be too great, i have prestone on hand (i had to do a clutch master cylinder in my truck) and it does fine for me.
