Ipod/CD upgrade

Hi all. new to this forum and not much time right now to search everything. I was wondering if you all know if an adaptor/harness is available to plug my iPod or CD changer into a stock am/fm cassette in my 98 Ranger. If so, what is a good one and what brands should I avoid? Thanks for any advice.

tape adapter would be easiest any parts store well carry it for 10 bucks
