i always just copy and paste my pics to an album called "iphone" in my pics folder.
just whenever the autoplay comes up when you hook up the usb to your computer, click open to explorer or whatever- copy n paste.

and of course, all my music is already backed up on iTunes so that's not a problem.

just do some googling about it, there's a lot of youtube videos about how to work the jailbroken stuff. there's a lot of cool things you can do.

i think id just have to lose my pictures, there's like 1800 on there. dont want all that hit on my laptop.

yea i watched a few to try and figure out winterboard.

its a theme downloaded from cydia called "HTC widget [HD]"

there is a video on youtube that explains how to change the location on the background to your hometown (or whatever city you want it as)

mine is a "cracked" version
its been so long-- i don't remember exactly how i did it.

just look around. one of those videos should cover it. you have to add " sources " that offer cracked versions of apps. sinful iphone repo is one.. just google it is your best option. its hard to explain, but easy to understand if you read it/see it online

great...everything worked fine last night...woke up had a text in bite sms, tried to close it and boom. its stuck on the start up screen and wont do anything.

shoulda known better than to dick with it.

I am not a BiteSMS fan. I really like QuickreplySMS a ton better. I have experienced the BiteSMS lock up you are talking about. Never had that problem with Quickreply.

how do i fix it? hooked up too itunes, about every 3 minutes it will connect up and start to sync for about 10 seconds then starts over again.

You need to restore and start over.

it wont even stay connected up to itunes long enough to let it restore and recovery mode is a no go.
