Will I be able to swap in the full interior from my 88 cab into a 90 cab?

Yes, the only differences are the interior door handles and linkage, they need to be swapped as well to swap the door panels. And I believe a few of the mounting tabs for the dash assembly. Other than that its all the very same. Use the older sending units from the 88 they do not work with the newer gauges, although if your going this far I assume your doing the whole wire swap too, make it easier, there are a lot of differences between them from what I saw.
