Working on my 86 ranger stripping appart the dash. I can't believe how tight some of these fasteners are. I've broken two screwdrivers on one screw that mounts the factory radio. What did they do weld them in place after installing? Maybe red locktite? The things aren't rusted they are just that damn tight.
Guess my next step is to get one of those little hammer impact drivers and see if that will get them to budge.
Just had to vent a little.
