Installing LED'S.

I was going to solder them together.

So I can hook all three + Ends of the LEDS to the 1 switch?

Also even if that fuse is too large would it still work if I were to solder the 12v wire to them?

i did interior neon type lights in my truck. each one came with it's own 12 plug, so i cut the wires and spliced them together with marrettes. i would do marrettes before soldering cause it would be easier and faster. if the fuse is too big it will work, but if you have an increase in draw your fuse may not blow, and your leds with break.

you can set it up 2 ways:
series:

battery-fuse-light1-light2-light3-switch-battery
switch and fuse locations is not really important, they can be anywhere in the circuit

parallel:
battery-fuse-3 sepperate wires to the lights-from the lights back to-switch-battery

hard to describe without a diagram

All Finished.
Only things left to do are to Cut a hole for my switch.
Tape a few things and organize the wires.
Thanks for the help guys. Sorry I asked soo many questions. I usually fail at most projects I try and end up having to pay someone to do them for me :] It was nice to actually accomplish something on my own :] I couldn't have done it without your help.

Anyway, here are some pics. My cell has a crappy camera so bare with me:

Looks nice! Congrats on a successful install. Don't worry about asking questions. We all need to learn and figure out things some way.

One nice thing is that if you forget the LED's on after parking for a couple of days they won't kill your battery. They don't draw enough current to bring a good battery down to the point you can't start the truck in a couple of days.

NEVER NEVER NEVER use marrettes in a vehicle they are for stationary use only like in your house or shop, when I install anything I always solder first, if I can't, then I’ll use crimp-on connecters, last resort/side of the road quick fix twist and tape.
