I am installing add a leafs in my bronco II they are pro comp 2 inch AAL i am having trouble with the spring clamp that holds the leafs together i cant get the AAL in. any tips would be great.

I don't know if it's the same or not but on my 03 ranger I had to cut the clamps off and get some new ones at autozone. They were about $15 and bolted around the springs.

the clamp on the left of the leafs is what im talking about... ill probably end up cutting it off but any other suggestions would be great. thanks guys

Either cut it off or pry on it enough to get it off, then heat just the clamp and straighten it. Don't heat the springs, they will lose their temper.
