Hi, according to this diagram http://www.therangerstation.com/tec...es/Diagrams_ElectronciEngControls2_9_3of3.JPG

injectors 1, 2, 4 are wired together
injectors 3, 5, 6 are wired together

I don't know if their injector numbers correspond to cylinder numbers but I did a continuity test on my injector harness and I have the following (I am labeling my injector numbers to match cylinder numbers):

injectors 1, 2, 3 are wired together
injectors 4, 5, 6 are wired together

I remember someone mentioned injectors are fired 3 times on one bank and 3 the other bank, in that case shouldn't injectors 1, 3, 5 be wired together and 2, 4, 6 be wired together. Neither the diagram or my harness has this configuration. How is that possible? ... Thank you!

Its a batch fire system, I'm unclear why you are so suspicious of it.

Ford's V6s are labeled 1 2 3 on the passgrs side and 4 5 6 on the driver's. I know, it was a WTF moment for me too.:D

does the "batch" timing have more to do with firing order that merely what bank the injector is on?
