2.3L ('83-'97) Injector sizes for dual plugs engines

Anyone know the exact stock injector size for the dual plug head engines?

How much bigger will the engine take with out a tune and still run right?

What is the goal behind your question? Are you having an issue you are trying to fix or are you looking to get more power out of the engine?

Just replacing with newer multi hole injectors.

I thought the earlier rangers had 19lb but lowest I find for ford brand is 24lb

Power isn't my goal but would be nice but don't want scrappy economy/hard start/rough idle
