Injector MAF upgrades

I was wondering if I ever decide to go thru with adding boost to my truck, can I swap a differnt MAF and larger injectors like I can on my Mustang? If not, what else can I do to increase fuel?

If anyone is wondering, I have been wanting to turbo something, and I think I want to do it to the Ranger, just need to find out what I need to do the the ECU and supporting parts.
