Anyone have a spare inertia switch & pigtail? I have an '86B2 and I'm not getting power out of it. My switch checks OK with a meter so it may be the plug.
Also, to check the pump in the tank should there be ground to the black wire and +12V on the pink/black on the 4 conductor plug?
To check the sending unit what should the resistance range be? I pulled the tank because I wasn't getting the fuel pump to turn on but had power at the inertia switch (thought I was checking the output side, should've checked both). Glad I did as the fuel looks really nasty and the vent seal is corroded so it wasn't a wasted effort. Is the vent seal a dealer or LMC item?
I just want to check everything else out before I put it back together.
Oh yeah, who decided to hide the nuts to the skid plate behind the tag lights?
