I'm looking for nuts that have 4" soft extensions attached to be twisted into frame holes.
anybody have a name or part number? source?

searches at Amazon & Ebay & internet did not find any.

U-nuts

J-nuts

When i first saw @Uncle Gump's post, i thought it was spam. Then i saw the name and amazon link, ha ha ha.

Any way to picture what you're trying to do? I'm not able to visualize it.

so he can install hitch without having to be an octopus and leave spare in place.....

what it is
where it is supposed to go
what I'm going to with it

plan is to attach eye bolts to the ribs for lifting & maneuvering.

oh, those type of weird nuts. i didn't know you could buy those separately from a hitch kit. those are useful in a few areas

usually bigger.....

i just make them
I could have.
I prefer the real ones because the tabs on those are so soft it's easy to hand form while under something while holding heavy parts up with my legs.

a plus while stopping at the camper place was showing my claustrophobic wiffie the miniature crappers in campers. she ain't going campin' anytime soon
