Ok so i'm puting on a 1995 Ranger Tubular Manifold on my 1983 ranger. I'm running into a little problem. Underneath the 4 exhaust holes their are like 1/4 - 3/8 additional holes that look like they lead into the exhaust. My issue is that the stock 83 manifold covered all of these additional holes up and i'm not sure the tubular manifold will cover these up i'm wondering what i can do to make this tubular manifold work seeing as my stock 83 manifold is shot...has anyone done this if so what should i do?

get some quarter inch steel plate and make a spacer that goes between head and manifold, covering what is necessary and maching holes where you need them. It sounds like a big job but would not take long even using just hand tools.

sounds like a plan i'm assuming the gasket won't cover and that the manifold won't either i'll look into doing that thanks!
