I installed new seat upholstery in my Ranger this weekend.

Are those seat covers fabric ? .

I work out in the Desert and get really how and sweaty so I'd like to recover my seats in the same gray vinyl but no one seems to have it, only fancy fabric covers that'll be ruined and greasy in two months .

I just took a nice vacation to Death Valley and North West Nevada, took along a bag of CD's and had a marvelous time .

It's blue tweed fabric and vinyl seat upholstery, not a slip over cover. Rock Auto sells the upholstery in your choice of colors. If you want a custom made slip over seat cover try here https://www.seatcoversunlimited.com/Two-Tone-Canvas-Custom-Seat-Covers.html . If you want replacement upholstery here's the link https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog...l+l4,1372676,interior,seat+upholstery,1001572

Thank you Sir ! .

My truck's upholstery is "Graphite'' a darker gray that the color Rock Auto sells . the shop that makes them isn't that far away, I hoped to go by there and ask if they can make me up a set of the correct color ones as my truck is still in V.G.C. and I hope to never sell it .

NO slip covers ! .

I upgrade my radiator from plastic/aluminum to polished all aluminum. I like that I can see the polished tanks behind the grill.

I installed new carpet in my Ranger. The old carpet looked old next to my new seal upholstery.

Hello XLTsplash: Please supply the name (brand) of the radiator and where you sourced it.
I've searched for an aluminum replacement radiator for my Ranger, 2005 FX4 Off-Road-4.0l SOHC, with no luck.
Ranger people mention 2, and even 3 row radiators. I can't find a single!
Thanks

Take a look at this one. It seems promising: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B5Z8X1BX/?tag=959media-20

I installed new 4 slot window louvers in place of the 3 slot louvers. I like the look better and they are much easier to see out of. I also installed a NOS rear bumper plastic cap and a blued stainless tip on the new Dynomax cat back exhaust.

I didn’t know that anyone still made window louvers. Neat!

That helps protect your truck better too. Insurance was cheaper early on with those having topper, anything to slow down anyone trying to illegally access the cab.

Those flags you have everywhere, were they made in USA ? ;)
I was in a second hand store not too long ago hoping to find some older PC things and saw a hanger with a large 29 cent stamp said USA, al;so said United States of America and had a USA flag across it.
Thought it was cool and as I was hanging it up saw a sticker on back, made in China :/

The flag decals are NOS Ford Motorsport decals made in USA. It's sad that the American Racing wheels on my truck are in China. I ground the word China off of the wheels before I installed them. I try to buy Made in USA when ever I can. It seems most people don't care about buying made in the USA.

Who here has several years and many miles on the aluminum radiator ? .

My original one is still fine but it's also 22 years old.....

I'm also curious about the louvers ~ I'd like to perhaps add some sort of not too dark UV blocking film to the inside of my back light ~ is there a thread about this or comments / cautions ? .

NOTE : I DO NOT want dark glass ! . I just want the sun off the back of my neck and the seat when I'm in the Desert .

TIA,
