idle

my 94 4.0 idles shitty when its warm. ive cleaned the idle air twice now and cleaned the MAF and the TPS. it idles up and down all the time not alot but enough to notice and piss me off. if i get it good and warm and shut it down let it sit for about 10 mins it hardly runs. sounds like its running on about 3 cyl. it will clean its self out with a nice tap to the rug. any ideas im stumped.

Seems like your injectors are sticking open. get a fuel pressure tester and hook it up to the fuel rail, start the engine then shut if off. Wait 10 minutes and see if the pressure bleeds down. Could be something else but I would check that first.
