i just replaced my front ball joints and wheel bearing about 2 months ago my tires are close to crap but would they cause it ?

and my rear diff looks damp for some time would that make and issue?

Check your lug nutz if you just had the tires off for ball joints.

sounds like a miss fire if you ask me.....Ball joints only make squeaks i thought haha also you need to describe how it jerks like does it make a noise behind you does it sound like a drop in power jerk or what?

goodie85 is right on the button number 4 is mis firing

called it ball joints dont make things jerk lol they only squeak.....now check wires and plug my guess is that the wire is jumping a connection maybe...

where in that would a jerking action come from a piston. i could see that happening at idle, but over 2000 rpm, no.

on cylinder four it wouldnt do it at idle you would really be able to feel it at around 45-75 mph, and when theres a miss it kinda pops alittle bit and with jerk you, you wont feel it in town or just driving at low rpm bc the miss will just feel like your truck lost power at points but at high rpm you can really feel it

everything you have posted so far that i have seen has been wrong.....i guess thats why your here is to learn more about this particular vehicle....my guess is you are a young gun like me.

ok i changed the wires and plugs and it is helping but not gone yet throwing a new fuel filter on there now

interesting?........i wanna know how this goes out because some of the motors crack heads and miss...
