I swapped a 4.0 in my 87 bronco 2 out of a 93 explorer and it keeps burning up $200 icms... The EEC Relay buzzes and whines when I ground the icm.. I know I must have something wired up wrong? Any help would be great.

EEC relay is fused(30amp), so shouldn't "burn up" anything, fuse should blow.
Could have a fusible link, it comes off battery post on starter relay, if some one just put in a wire after fusible link blew out then that would need to be fixed first.

Good look here at EEC-IV wiring: http://www.auto-diagnostics.info/ford_eec_iv
EEC-IV = 1994 and older ford computers

My icm was bad and I replaced it and it fired for a few minutes and now it won't.. And when I touch the ground button on the icm it does not arc like it did when it was working. Do you know what wires need to be swapped into my 87 bronco harness could be something there?

ICM = Ignition control module, that is the EDIS-6 on 1994 and earlier 4.0l's
EEC = Electronic engine control, the computer, PCM

Which is giving you the problem?

What is the "ground button"?

The ground in icm box everything my old one stopped working so it wouldn't Fire bought a new one hooked it up and it fired a few times and now it won't so my bronco isn't firing
