The insurance company will send out an appraiser to tell you what it's worth in your policy.

with damage to the cab, i wouldnt even know where to start. if you have insurance i bet they will want to scrap it. i cant even tell if it would take a new windshield or not (probably not) but your best bet would be to buy a donor for the body if you really want to keep it.

if you can straighten out the cab, it looks like you should get off easy. other than that it looks like its just the bed, fender and tail light.

the roof pillars are bent and unrepairable
i had the state minimun insuranse on it w/ no deductable so they wont give me crap

i posted it on craigslist as a sort of testing waters and already got 2 calles for 1,200 not rly feelin that tho

id get a donor cab and goto town, or even buy a earlier ranger, and swap everything into it

i have no $ what so ever i jus bought this 5 days ago and rolled it

i would store it and look for a cam position sensor failed engine truck con the owner in a cheap sale and swap it in.

I have the minimum on my '93, but that's only because I picked it up for $1.5K, and I could replace it out of pocket for that off of CL in a week's searching. It's too late now, but the old adage says, "Don't buy what you can't insure."

Your not going to get a lot for it the way it is. You do have a few choices though. The obvious is to part it out. You will never recover the cost but you will get some money back. You could put it on ebay with an exceptable reserve, its a crap shoot! And the third sugestion(what I would do) Pound the roof out and glue a windhield in, replace the tail light and tire and drive it until I could afford to buy parts and fix it or a good body that needs major parts or drivetrain.
Good luck
John

Is it you daily driver?

If it aint i would keep it and wheel it if the guts are still good

Good gawd, you've not had it long.

How did the accident happen?

Is it parked on a chevy lot?

the big question is suspension damage? if the front really is good then it would be cheap to rough it out where you can drive it.the cab doesn't lok too bad from those pics

I am with the "halfass repair and drive it" crowd. You might be able to have the window frame pounded out enough to put a new windshield in and replace the taillight and drive it.

If you can find a cab off another truck, buy it and swap it out. It looks like the only real damage is to the cab itself, the other stuff is minor.

This is a good lesson NOT to drive 50 miles an hour down gravel roads while going through a curve.
