I think he has aphasia. Something is screwy on the line between his brain and his body and so even though it makes perfect sense to him it actually comes out of his mouth (or in our case his fingers) as absolute gibberish.

You live in the wrong part of Oregon... the real part of the state would love it (all of Oregon with the exception of Portland, Salem, Eugene, and Ashland... they just have the majority of the population... by like 75% )
