This morning around Baltimore.

During Rona.... Philadelphia 10am on a Friday on 22nd st clear shot from Washington ave to Fairmont no stopping, not even a red light for me..... damn I miss this....

I was commuting to near the City of Chicago daily when that went down. It really was nice to be out of the congestion.

I don't think traffic is anywhere near pandemic levels even today. Many businesses are leaving their brick and mortars and adopting a remote workforce. Also many in the big cities are fearful to return to their workplaces in the city. Lots of liberal judges... prosecutors... mayors... etc... have thrown out the laws for gangbangers... hoodlums and other criminal elements and people just don't feel safe in many areas. Crime rules the streets in Chicago for sure... I'm not going anywhere near it.

Now with gas prices and everything else... not sure it will get back to pre lock down volumes.

Im suprized that many actually stayed home. Nothing about my routine changed during that time, not that Im out & about much anyhow. I liked the lack of traffic too- and the lower gas prices! Got a 55 gallon drum filled for under $120. not now!

Traffic has been horrible after rona in the Pa, Nj, Md area even now. I had to work through it I wasn't offered free money. everyone needed their essential mulch and Chinese garbage. But today I did see 4 accidents on the 83 north bound side and east 695 side on my way down. There was noone to hit but ppl still managed.

I remember standing out in the yard and it was 5-10 minutes between cars on the highway, it was freaky quiet.

Not much changed here. Seen more wild life that for sure.

Use to go to Chicago southside to see old "Charlie", Nice town.

It was nice having free range on the roads. Traffic is back to normal now and people just seem to be more pissed and have a heavier foot. Everyone is in a rush to get anywhere and don’t care who they cut off to do it.

Sweet home Chicago!!

Traffic here is back to pre-pandemic levels, only it seems that most people have forgotten what little bit they did know about how to drive, so the highways are a little like a Mad Max movie...

Aint nothing like racing and rubbing on the commute to work!!

My city refuses to acknowledge a pandemic even occurred. Wal-mart closed at 9pm for a few months, that was about all there was to signify any changes. An empty Wal-Mart parking lot was a weird sight to see for sure.

Not much changed where I liv. There were no lockdowns or mask and vaccine mandates here, our governor banned them. So pretty much everything went on as normal. My favorite restaurant, down the street from me, was always packed, as usual. The marina at Draper Lake was always busy, the bike and jogging path around the lake always had activity. I never altered my routine one teeny bit. Never got the clot shot, heart dart, stroke poke or slab jab. Never got the coof.

Oh, it's effected our City. Restaurants and Business' closing, left & right, but due to "employee/management issues", Not COVID related. Yeah, you're employees are falling off due to Covid related issues. BUT again, around here, NOBODY gets COVID. They get a weird case of the FLU, or a "respiratory infection" or something, but definitely NOT Covid.

During the pandemic it took me 22 minutes to get to work... now it takes me 24. This is bullshit.
