I MIGHT trade my truck for a newer Ranger. What do you guys think?

Hey guys...right now I have a 96 4x4 4.0l all that good stuff...but I kinda want a newer ranger with the SOHC and other perks that come with the newer ones. And I found this truck...and the guy is semi interested in trading (most likely plus cash) for my truck. What do you guys think? I know its IFS instead of TTB but really I don't do tons of off roading...and when I do...its not really flex and stuff, its more like...attempting to get thro deep stuff. So what do you guys think of this truck in general?

Im not sure yet. He has other buyers looking at it and I'm not sure I want to separate with my truck so nothing is official, most likely a couple thousand.

he wants too much for it i saw it listed at around 16 grand a few weeks ago. so i doubt he would go much lower then that but imho even 10 grand is overpriced

I like the one ya got but the 03 looks pretty good but not as good as your 96

If you don't care about the IFS for doing your wheeling, I don't see a reason not to trade the man, low miles, NICE truck. Seems like a good deal to me.

its a nice truck, but i think if you spend the money on top of trading yours, youll regret it. Plus i know you have the modding bug....and when you see that that truck wont make it through half of what yours did, youll be wishing you had your old truck back. just saying.

Haha yeah, everything you guys say here is true...he said he prolly would've traded my truck plus a couple grand. But hes a poor young guy like me and needs money more so than a different truck. So no trade. Apparently he's a member here...very nice truck and low km's. Also thanks for the compliments everyone...my rangers not done yet!

Yeah I was thinking it looked sweet...but just didn't work out. Someday...I'm not a big fan of black actually. I think my next ranger will be yellow
