so I have two 94 splash editions my single cab is my daily and my ext cab is my shell for a future v8 swap. but currently, I would like to swap the rear window with the slider on my single cab to a flat stationary window I noticed the rubber weatherstripping is thicker on my single cab than my ext cab I need to know what are the acceptable years I can pull a solid window and would they be different for each of my rangers being that the weatherstrips are different or are that the window size is the same but different application I am completely lost I almost bought the rear window from eBay and saw in the description it said NO BOLTS, therefore, I didn't buy it really could use an experts help here

The regular cab can take a rear window from any other regular cab Ranger up and including 1997. From 83-97 the regular cab back glass was held in place by the window seal. Starting in 98 they changed them to bolt-in ones like the super cabs had.

The super cab can take a back glass from another super cab of any year those never changed in any functional way. The center latch for the slider changed styles a few times, but that doesn't matter if you get the whole window.

Ok correct me if I’m wrong for my 1994 standard cab I can use a stationary rear window from any other standard cab from years 83-97

On the other hand my 1994 ext cab can use from any ranger and any year even after 1997 and this model I would assume needs urathane to hold the window?

Mostly correct.

The extended cab slider isn't held in by urethane, it's held in by bolts. It does need an urethane or RTV sealant to keep it from leaking.
